Comment(s): More info regarding action planning etc./Provide guidanace on what to do immediately following close of survey, who to see what from the survey. Quick guidelines/More information on implementation In terms of both survey implementation and post survey implementation, our forum has some useful tips/ideas - check these out at www.jra.co.nz/forum/topic5/ . In addition to this, we have just started work on developing and collating a new Survey Support Package. Previously we have offered this at a cost of $1500 to our clients but our plan is to break it down, simplify it, improve it, re-hash it (basically re-invent it!) AND provide it free of charge to all our clients to ensure you get the most out of your survey project! Watch this space - we expect this to be completed by the end of this year. Comment: What I would love (and I know it would be more expensive) is a complete pacakge where the data is not only reported on, but is also analysed professionally and we are presented with a report. We would then work on the issues identified in the report and would be able to draw on the expertise of the person who wrote the report (I'm assuming they'd be an I/O Psych). I know that we can currently get the data analysed by a third party, but they don't always have a good understanding on the JRA tool. Definitely - we do offer this service at the moment where we can provide a summary of your results along with our interpretation of the key areas to work on. We can then present this to you or to your Senior Management team. These options are now outlined on our Cost Calculator page: www.jra.co.nz/nzworkplacesurvey/quote.aspx (we also offer this service for any type of survey we do - Customer Surveys, 360 Surveys, Internal Service Surveys...) Comment: If we join the survey the next year, we wish to have a kind of report to compare the previous year's result. That is definitely possible and part of our service - when you do your survey next, we can set up trending for you which allows you to easily compare your two sets of results. The cost of this option is $750 plus GST Comment: Support and training for HR Advisors on how to support managers to feedback the results. Yes we can do that! Depending on your needs, we can come in and run a training session for all your HR advisors and/or put together a brief training guide. We cost this on a project by project basis so you just need to let us know what you want. Comment: After the survey was completed perhaps a personal face-to-face run through of the results and reporting (this was done over the phone) We always like to take the opportunity to meet with our clients so absolutely happy to go through your reporting with you one on one where possible. At present our staff are based in Auckland and Brisbane so if you live outside of these cities we do have to try and schedule it with trips we currently have planned (we do have people that regularly travel to other cities in Australia and NZ). Alternatively, we are happy to cost up a package where we can fly to your location, present your results to you and take you through the online reporting (the cost for this depends on your exact requirements so just let us know what you want) Comment: The post survey activity could be supported in greater depth. We are not for profit so even general quick fix ideas would have been good. The forum's were useful but were not very thorough. We are in the process of designing a database full of ideas and best practices from other organisations so that we are better positioned to assist you with your specific challenges! The objective of this database is that we can then provide you with some ideas or tips from our learnings to help you own your way to developing solutions that will work in your organisation. Watch this space.... Comment(s): Overall happy with process and services. In future, would like to have access to global company data for benchmarking, which I will believe will come in time anyway/International imformation which assits us understand inter country diffences in survey responses Yes we are planning on extending our global benchmarking capabilities. We have recently opened our Australian office which will help us to develop an Australian database and more and more we are working with organisations that are global! Comment: As this was my first time organising our survey I would have liked to know what they could do as opposed to what was done previously, as this may have resulted in us changing the way we did a couple of things. I guess we often start with what was done previously especially if it worked well last time but we take your point! *** Edited 3/20/2009 12:07:34 AM UTC by Leighton (JRA)***
