Team Leader
Guest
We have just recently switched to the JRA Survey, we have been informed that all questions are in relation to the Team Leader and the team. There are a large number of questions regarding the organisation, this I have been told relates to the Team Leader. It is a little confusing at times trying to explain to your team that organisation means team leader, not manager or company.

It seems somewhat strange, why not have team leader or team instead of organisation. Most people see organisation as company wide etc.

Oh well, if anyone has any ideas that may help me translate these questions to me staff it would be much appreciative.

Thanks

Where our questions ask about "this organisation," our intention is that those questions are indeed about your organisation, not your team or Team Leader. Most of the affected questions (which you can see here) either wouldn't make sense being reinterpreted in this way, or are about issues that aren't able to be influenced by Team Leaders. I agree that it would be very difficult to ask people to reinterpret each of these questions. There are two sections that specifically relate to teams and Team Leaders - "My Team" and "The Person I Report To."
